Giorgio Costantini lived in Venice until he was 20, there he studied piano, electronics and information technology. After he received his diploma, he moved to Rome to work professionally as a musician, arranger and programmer.

At the end of the '80s and through the '90s, Giorgio played in more than 1200 concerts in Europe, Brazil, Canada and the United States with Italian artists (Renato Zero, Fiorella Mannoia, Michele Zarrillo, Peppino di Capri).

In the last few years he has worked as a musician on TV shows, film soundtracks, albums, and has accompanied Italian singers and international artists such as Michael Bolton, Jose Carreras, Elvis Costello, Dionne Warwick, Gloria Gaynor, Lenny Kravitz.

From 2004 to 2005 he worked for a well known and popular TV show called 'Domenica in', which airs on Sunday afternoon.

He also produced Concido, an Italian rock band participating in the Sanremo festival 2005. The first single of this band was contained into the Universal Records' compilation (Sanremo 2005), winner of six Gold Discs.

Giorgio gives his assistance as a musical advisor to "Fonopoli" (an organisation for a project to build a big "city of music" in Rome) and he also works as a trainer at the "Michel Hardy University of Psychology", where he creates music for health, meditation, and relaxation.

In 'PianoPianoForte', Giorgio has been looking for a piano language which could be a "trait-d'union" between classical and pop, easy listening but very evocative. The musical influences range from Michael Nyman, Ryuichi Sakamoto to Eric Satie, Debussy and Ludovico Einaudi.
